Our commitment

Uplend is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA standards across uplend.careers.

What we’ve done

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy on every page.
  • Sufficient color contrast for body text and CTAs against backgrounds (WCAG AA at body sizes).
  • Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements, including form fields, dropdowns, and accordions.
  • Visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form inputs.
  • Alt text on all meaningful images; decorative imagery marked appropriately.
  • Captions and transcripts available for video testimonials on request.
  • Forms with associated labels, error states, and required-field signaling.

Ongoing work

We continuously audit and improve the site. Each major release ships with an accessibility regression check.
