The 90-day roadmap

Six stages from application to first funded loan.

Structured, mentored, and paced — most participants close their first Uplend loan around day 90.

Stage 1 · Pre-licensing course

20-hour NMLS-approved pre-licensing curriculum, paid for by Uplend, completed in weeks 1–2.

Stage 2 · NMLS exam

Test prep + exam fee covered. Most candidates pass on first attempt in weeks 3–4.

Stage 3 · Sponsorship

MU2/MU4 sponsorship into your home state plus 1–2 contiguous states (weeks 5–6).

Stage 4 · Mentor pairing

Paired with a Senior LO in your branch or market who walks every file with you for 90 days.

Stage 5 · Tech onboarding

POS, CRM, mobile app, Encompass training delivered live in weeks 7–8.

Stage 6 · First funded loan

Target: first funded Uplend loan in week 12, with mentor support throughout.
